The Church Of God In Christ Charles Harrison Mason Theological Seminary Signs Collaboration Agreement with the Pentecostal Theological Seminary to Offer Fully Accredited Graduate Degrees to Students
Memphis, TN (August 17, 2023) The Church Of God In Christ(COGIC), the largest Pentecostal church in America, has signed a partnership agreement with the Pentecostal Theological Seminary(PTS) to offer masters and doctoral degrees.
COGIC’s 53-year-old C.H. Mason Theological Seminary will now offer graduate-level degrees and certificates through its partnership with PTS.
Church of God in Christ Presiding Bishop J. Drew Sheard states, “The Church of God in Christ is excited to partner with the Pentecostal Theological Seminary to provide diverse students with accredited graduate degrees and an effective theological orientation. The Charles Harrison Mason Theological Seminary will continue its commitment to provide a place where ministers and leaders can be nurtured and developed academically through this partnership.”
Pentecostal Theological Seminary President Dr. Michael L. Baker says, “on this momentous occasion, we give God thanks for his blessings and look forward to what He will accomplish in the Pentecostal tradition through this collaboration and partnership between Pentecostal Theological Seminary and C.H. Mason Theological Seminary.”
