A straight line wind storm hit the Mid-South. COGIC Charities helped in the clean-up effort and donated much needed water to the citizens of Shelby County, Tennessee. -
2004
COGIC Charities donated $10,000 to the American Heart Association to help in the fight against heart disease. -

COGIC Charities donated $10,000 to The Salvation Army and the Second Harvest Food Bank and delivered over 1,000 bottles of water to Florida after Hurricane Charley devastated the region. -

the Church Of God In Christ raised money to create an African Tsunami Relief Fund in which African countries could receive relief aid. -

COGIC Charities donated $10, 000 to the American Heart Association to help in the fight against heart disease. -
August 2005
COGIC Charities donated $150,000 from the African Tsunami Relief Fund to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (UNFAO) and $100,000 to the Horn of Africa Relief and Development Organization working in Somalia. -
2006
COGIC Charities raised over a million dollars to assist victims devastated by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Through in-kind donations, service and collaborative efforts, the denomination also facilitated up to $16 million to benefit hurricane victims. -
2007
COGIC Charities raised over $100,000 and awarded 17 educational scholarships. -
2008
COGIC Charities raised over $110,000 and awarded 72 educational scholarships.
