God, who is omnipotent and omniscient, has summoned His Servant, Elder Arlington L. Munroe, Jr., Assistant Chief Adjutant of the South Central Georgia Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop Norman O. Harper, Jurisdictional Prelate.
Elder Munroe has been a National Adjutant since 2005. He faithfully attended the Academy and served his Jurisdiction well. Prior to diligently serving Bishop Harper, he was devoted to serving Presiding Bishop Chandler D. Owens in Central Georgia Jurisdiction until his demise. Elder Munroe served with distinction as a National Adjutant Brother.
