It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Bishop Herbert J. Williams, Prelate Emeritus of the Michigan North Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of General Board Member Bishop J. Drew Sheard, Jurisdictional Prelate. The Williams family and the Jurisdiction are in need of our fervent prayers at this time.
