Rudolph, Jr., announces the glorious heavenly promotion and services for Adjutant Sister Mother Ethel Mae Garrett who served as Adjutant Sister during the Bishop H. J. Bell, Bishop Barnett K. Thoroughgood and Bishop Matthew Williams’ tenure.
