It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Mrs. Helen J. Macklin who was the mother of our Second Assistant Presiding Bishop Jerry Wayne Macklin.
The arrangements are being made for the services at this time. As soon as the adjutancy is made aware of the final arrangements, we will pass the information on to you in a timely manner.
