I bring you greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I do hope that this letter finds you doing well in the work of the Lord. This communication comes to you as per the Adjutant General, Bishop Matthew Williams. Within a few days, we will be gathering in St. Louis, Missouri, for the 107th International Holy Convocation of our beloved denomination. It is important that the adjutancy pays special attention in order to fully support the following events:

OPENING ANOINTING SERVICE OF THE 107TH INTERNATIONAL HOLY CONVOCATION
This event will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m. All male national adjutants are asked to wear their “Class B” attire. It is vitally important that those who would like to participate by assisting the Presiding Bishop and members of the General Board on that day, you must meet Bishop Designate Robert L. Perry, Jr., at 8:00 a.m., in front of America’s Center Halls 4 & 5. Please come properly dressed and be ready to serve. 2014 WINTER ACADEMY OF THE NATIONAL ADJUTANCY
The Winter Academy will be held at the Renaissance Hotel located directly across from the America’s Center on Wednesday, November 5th and Thursday November 6th. . On Saturday, November 8th, it will continue at the America’s Center. On Thursday, there will be a luncheon where special appointments will be made of Adjutant Overseers and formal recognitions. THE LORD’S DAY WORSHIP CELEBRATION (November 9, 2014 – 10:00 a.m.)
THE SERVICE OF CONSECRATION AND INSTALLATION (November 9, 2014 – 7:30 p.m)These services will take place on the Official Day, Sunday, November 9, 2014. More information will be forthcoming at the academy. The Adjutant General is asking that all adjutants stay until after the Service of Consecration and Installation on Sunday night. We need your assistance in both ceremonies. The Presiding Bishop is counting on us to assist him at these services.
