Kelley, Jr. who served as a member of the National Adjutancy, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Superintendent Kelley was the husband of the lovely Mrs. Althea Kelley and the son of Mother Frances Kelley, National Director of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry.
