Dear Saints:
This correspondence comes to you at the request of the Adjutant General, Bishop Matthew Williams. It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Mother Imola York. She was a longtime member of the National Adjutancy. She served with distinction and taught platform protocol for the Church Of God In Christ for many years. She will be missed greatly by those of us who know her well.
The services for Mother York will be as follows:
We mourn the loss of our dear Mother York. Please continue to pray for the family as they prepare for this service. If I can assist you further, please call me at 501.960.1284.
In His Service,
Bishop Designate Robert G. Rudolph, Jr., Scribe
I am eternally grateful to the impact Mother York had on my life and introduction into the Corps.
May God be with the family and the COGIC Adjutant Corps as one of our Soldiers has laid down her sword in preparation for her reward.

Heartfelt sympathy to the family of Mother York. I served with her in the Adjutancy Corps for several years during the lifetime of our late Adjutant General Bishop H. Jenkins Bell, as well as the late Adjutant General Thoroughgood. I enjoyed good fellowship with her, and I'm sure she is truly missed by all. May God comfort your hearts at this time.
My prayers are with you. At this very moment I am reviewing your mother's book. "National Floor Protocol Ministry". I am blessed to have known her and deeply greatful for the time she gave me.
We are praying for the the family of Mother York, she will greatly be missed. Servant of God well done.
