To develop a controlled municipal government environment for the purpose of allowing youth to engage in true to life political exercises which will equip them with a basic understanding of terminology, principles, and inner workings of the American political system. The target group for his category is youth between the ages of 8 and 22.
Youth must be at least 13 years of age to be eligible to run for an office in the SMM VILLAGE.
