Instructions for Submitting the F-1, F-2  Form (s) via Magistrate Pro

1. Accessing the Portal

  • Go to www.magistratepro.com.
  • Log in using your previously established ARC credentials.
  • If you do not have ARC credentials, click the “REQUEST ACCOUNT” button on the website.
  • Newly appointed Financial Secretaries or Financial Officers must obtain approval from their Jurisdictional Bishop to access the necessary areas and functions of the site.

2. Navigating to the F-1, F-2  Form (s)

  • Once logged in, go to the Jurisdictional Financial Portal on the landing page.
  • Click on the F-1 Form or F-2 Form(s) to begin the reporting process.
  • Select the year for which you are reporting.
  • Click “Add” to begin building the F-1 or F-2  Report (s).

3. Entering Credential Holder Information

  • Choose the appropriate Assessment Category.
  • Enter records for each Credential Holder, mirroring the information required on the physical printed form.
  • If a Credential Holder already exists on your Jurisdiction form, verify their current assessment and amount based on their credential level (Superintendent, Pastor, District Missionary, Elder, etc.).
  • You can enter up to 50 records at a time, then click “Add to F-1 Report.”
  • To add a new Credential Holder not already listed, use the search function. (Note: The individual must have an active account in the ARC/Magistrate Pro system.)

4. Reviewing & Submitting the F-1 Form

  • Click “Review F-1” to verify all entries.
  • If all records are correct, click “Submit F-1” to send the report to the Finance Office.

5. Reviewing & Submitting the F-2 Form

  • Click “Review F-2” to verify all entries.
  • If all records are correct, click “Submit F-2” to send the report to the Finance Office.

6. Making a Payment

  • Contact the OFS Administrators by phone to process payment.
  • Alternatively, use the online payment link to submit payment via Credit Card or ACH.
  • Once payment is received and matched to the submitted F-1 and F-2, the status of your report in Magistrate Pro will update to “Processed and Cleared.”

Below are the instructions to ensure a smooth payment process and submission of required reports to the Financial Secretary’s Office in Memphis.

1. Laity/ Loyalty Report – (F-1, F-2 Forms)

  • Ensure that all required reports are completed and up to date.
  • Verify that you have the necessary financial information and supporting documents.
  • When using Migrate Pro, confirm that all data has been submitted correctly before proceeding with payment.

2. Payments – Call for Office

To make a payment for upcoming reports, follow these steps:

Before Calling

  • Have the following ready:
    • Full name and contact details
    • Jurisdiction Name 
    • Payment amount and method (credit card, check, etc.)
    • Completed digital forms (F1, F2, F3) – Must be submitted before calling

How to Call the Office for Payment

  1. Email Required Forms
    • Send the completed F1, F2, and F3 forms to [email protected].
    • Use the subject line: Jurisdiction Name– Payment Submission for Reports.
    • Attach all forms in PDF format.
  2. Call the Financial Secretary’s Office
    • Dial (901) 947-9300.
    • Follow the prompts to reach the Financial Secretary’s department.
  3. Speak with an Administrator 
    • Inform them that you are calling to make a payment for upcoming reports.
    • Confirm that you have emailed the required forms.
    • Provide necessary payment details ( amount, method of payment).
  4. Request Confirmation
    • Ask for a confirmation number or receipt for your records.
