From the Desk of the Presiding Bishop

COGIC Loyalty 2026

Beloved Member of the Church Of God In Christ, Inc.,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

As we move through this year of Answering The Call, I write to invite you to stand with your Church through the COGIC Loyalty 2026 campaign with a faithful gift of $20. This is more than a contribution; it is a declaration of love for the Church that nurtured our faith, shaped our families, and carried the Gospel to generations before us.

From a humble beginning, the Church Of God In Christ, Inc. has grown into a global family of more than 12,000 congregations across 106 countries and stands today as the largest African-American denomination in North America. Your past loyalty has made a real difference. Lives have been lifted through missions, financial education, job opportunities, and scholarships that send our young people forward with promise. These are not just programs. They are proof that when the saints give, God moves.

Yet the harvest remains plentiful, and the work before us is great. Our communities still need hope, our young people still need opportunity, and the world still needs the witness of a holy, Spirit-filled Church.

The Psalmist declares that where brethren dwell together in unity, there the Lord commands the blessing (Psalm 133). Consider what God can do through us together. If one million members each give just $20, we can strengthen our ministries at home and abroad, reach souls not yet touched by the Gospel, and leave a lasting legacy for the generations who will follow.

I believe this is our moment. Let us not wait for someone else to answer. I ask you to prayerfully make your COGIC Loyalty 2026 gift today and take your place among the faithful who are carrying the mission of Christ forward.

Thank you for your loyalty, your prayers, and your love for this great Church. I am confident that what we sow together, God will multiply.

With gratitude and great expectation,

In His Service,

Bishop J. Drew Sheard
Presiding Bishop and Chief Apostle
Church Of God In Christ, Inc.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”755″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeIn”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” bg_type=”grad” bg_grad=”background: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, color-stop(0%, #EDEDED), color-stop(100%, #FFFFFF));background: -moz-linear-gradient(top,#EDEDED 0%,#FFFFFF 100%);background: -webkit-linear-gradient(top,#EDEDED 0%,#FFFFFF 100%);background: -o-linear-gradient(top,#EDEDED 0%,#FFFFFF 100%);background: -ms-linear-gradient(top,#EDEDED 0%,#FFFFFF 100%);background: linear-gradient(top,#EDEDED 0%,#FFFFFF 100%);”][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]

We all share in the aspiration of giving and achieving. The laity report allows each member to help in this significant cause in this most pessimistic generation. Presenting the laity report provides a fresh and meaningful joy for each member to say, “I’ve contributed.“ The pleasure of giving extends worldwide collaboration and teamwork wherever our Church is committed to the cause of Christ. This laity report is the source of that joy. Give!” title_font=”font_family:Basic|font_call:Basic” title_font_style=”font-weight:bold;” desc_font=”font_family:Arimo|font_call:Arimo” title_font_size=”desktop:28px;” desc_font_size=”desktop:16px;”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][icon_counter border_size=”1″ border_color=”#ffffff” icon=”fas fa-hard-hat” icon_size=”128″ icon_color=”#400000″ text_color=”#cd7800″ desc_color=”#0a0a0a” bg_color=”#ffffff” block_title_front=”Laboring in Ministry” block_desc_back=”Often the saints comment, “If only I had the opportunity to work in the mission field or teach the needy and the biblically unlearned in distance places throughout the world.“ There is no reason to lament and feel frustrated. Your labor is made possible through paying the Loyalty Report in 2025. The laity is the support system that lifts our worldwide institution to higher, lofty goals that break the back of ignorance, isolation, poverty, and sinfulness. Give, and those who lead and serve at every level of the Church provide essential support! Giving is a job for each willing soul, give and make the labor possible.” title_font=”font_family:Basic|font_call:Basic” title_font_style=”font-weight:bold;” desc_font=”font_family:Arimo|font_call:Arimo” title_font_size=”desktop:28px;” desc_font_size=”desktop:16px;”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][icon_counter border_size=”1″ border_color=”#ffffff” border_radius=”0″ icon=”fas fa-cross” icon_size=”128″ icon_color=”#400000″ text_color=”#cd7800″ desc_color=”#0a0a0a” bg_color=”#ffffff” block_title_front=”Giving Brings God’s Providence” block_desc_back=”The COGIC Loyalty Report offers a reason to celebrate during harsh times. Jesus said in Matthew 6:27, “Which of you can add one cubit to your stature?“ Your Church is offering you an opportunity to affirm the providence of God in your life and empower the Church to serve. No matter how small or unknown you may feel, God can bring evidence of providence, His grace, and purpose through your gift. Twenty dollars can make a difference and bring God’s providence into more lives.
