We are delighted to announce that registration for the 2020 Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) Convention is now open! Please take advantage of early bird pricing by registering today. For maximum savings, be sure to register as soon as possible, the later you wait the higher your fees are. Please note that along with your registration you will be asked to leave a deposit for your room, this will help secure your choice of hotel.

Adult registration has only two tiers. General and Premium. General registration includes access to all experiences Sunday School, Music, Evangelism, Youth and Missions. Premium registration includes all the above and exclusive Masterclass sessions as well the President's Gala and reception. Teen and Children's registration are also available with many new perks.

$150 HOTEL ROOM DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS.

AN ADULT REGISTRATION FEE(S) AND A HOTEL DEPOSIT OF $150 ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH ROOM REQUESTED

To ensure you are at the same hotel with your group, family and friends, submit ALL forms under the SAME confirming party name and at the same time. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis Due to the shortage of double beds in many hotels, you MUST register as least one adult and one other registration. (You must have two registered people to get a double)

We do NOT guarantee your choices of hotels. All hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We do guarantee that you will be assigned to one of the hotel in the convention contacted block. Again, all hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Additionally, depending upon when you register, you may be assigned to a convention hotel on the listed hotels. Request for specific bed types are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Handicap Accessible rooms are available upon request on a first come first serve basis per hotel.

 

Housing Cancellation Policy:
HOUSING DEPOSIT FEE $150 IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS WILL BE TAKES OUT BY THE HOTEL ONCE THIS IS CONFIRMED. WE DO NOT HAVE A DATE SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THE MONEY IS AVAILABLE
