Brooks, II – First Assistant Presiding Bishop COGIC, Inc.; Member of the Platform Committee Historic First Jurisdiction of Michigan COGIC; Chairman of the Political Action Committee Historic First Jurisdiction of Michigan COGIC.

Overseer Tupper is a Member of the Trustee Board Historic First Jurisdiction of Michigan COGIC; Executive Director of the Energy Savings Agency Historic First Jurisdiction of Michigan COGIC; Executive Secretary of the Public Policy Institute for Justice COGIC; Chief Liaison of the Michigan/Canada Council of Bishops COGIC; Overseer Adjutant and Special Assistant to the Adjutant General; Executive Board of the National Adjutancy; Executive Member of the International AIM Convention COGIC; Executive Board Member & Director of the General Council of Pastors & Elders COGIC, Inc. and Executive Board Member of the Men Perfecting Men COGIC, Inc.

Overseer Tupper matriculated through the Detroit Public Schools, Wayne County Community College (Accounting) and the University of Detroit, Mercy where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Economics.  He is advancing in studies for a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies.

Overseer Deidric I. Tupper is married to Evangelist Natasha C. Tupper. They are blessed to have five children: Ashlee’: Jasiyah, Emmanuel, Jourdan, Jaxon and Israel.

Dr. Angel Casey Dobson, Special Asst (Programs)

Angel Casey Dobson, is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. She matriculated through the University City School system and continued her studies at St. Louis Community College at Meramec and the University of Missouri at St. Louis.

Growing up in the church and watching her parents labor in the gospel taught her to love the Lord, the ministry and the Lord’s people. Her father was the church organist and Minister of Music she would often accompany him to rehearsals. This early influence allowed her own musical gifts to be realized and manifest. In her local church, she serves as the Church Administrator and is over the Worship Arts Ministry.

She also serves as Jurisdictional Administrator to Bishop Felton M. Smith, Jr. and serves the International Music Department as Executive Coordinator of Administrative Support. Among her many God given gifts, she is a Worship Leader, Teacher and Speaker. Angel works secularly as an Administrator in Nashville, Tennessee.

She is married to Torin Dobson and they have one daughter, Tori.

Overseer Nate' M. Jefferson, Special Asst (Public Relations, Ecumenical & Foreign Guests Liaison)

Overseer Nate’ M. Jefferson serves as the Senior Pastor and Founder of the All Nations C.O.G.I.C in Columbia South Carolina. Overseer Jefferson was ordained in 1999 under the leadership of Bishop Leroy Jackson Woolard (Greater NC Jurisdiction COGIC).

He has served in the Jurisdiction of Brazil South America for 11 years under his spiritual father the late Bishop Samuel L. Moore. Overseer Jefferson continues to serve the Brazil jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop Terence P. Rhone.

Overseer Jefferson currently serves as the First Administrative Assistant in the Brazil Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction COGIC and District Superintendent of District 5 in Salvador Bahia Brazil where he has constructed and built the “New Jerusalem Men’s Rehab Facility” with the partnership of General Board Member Bishop Sedgwick Daniels.

He serves in the National Adjutancy as Special Assistant to the Adjutant General & National Adjutant Overseer of Ecumenical Guest/ Foreign Affairs. Overseer Jefferson also serves stateside In the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of South Carolina, where he serves as the Overseer of Protocol under the leadership of Bishop Johnnie Johnson & Supervisor Mother Willie Mae Rivers.

He has been married for seventeen years, Evangelist Missionary Tarsha Jefferson. He is the father of three children: Talysha, Chase and Lauryn, who are also actively engaged in the work committed to the charge of Overseer Jefferson.

Overseer Christopher McNair, Special Asst (Episcopal Transitions)

Overseer Christopher McNair a native of Norfolk Virginia is a proven leader, businessman and administrator.  Over the past two and half decades, he has worked in a wide variety of professional capacities in both private and public sectors.  His Protocol & Logistics background and focus on community collaborations has led him to a number of volunteer opportunities and community relations roles.

He has studied at DeVry and Liberty Universities majoring in Business Administration.

Overseer McNair currently serves as Chief Church Administrator of Greater Emmanuel Temple COGIC, Hampton VA; Executive Assistant to Trustee Michael B. Golden, Jr. and to the Chairman of the COGIC Men Perfecting Men’s Conference; COGIC International AIM Convention & AIM IP;  Special Guest Relations Coordinator; Virginia 2nd Jurisdiction Scribe;  Convention Planning Administrator; Owner & Proprietor of Christopher Titus Events; Mentor and Corporate Account Manager for one of the largest International 501(c)(3) nonprofit humanitarian organizations.

Overseer Adrian Patterson, Special Asst (Database)

Adrian Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University.  He has an extensive background in Information Technology, holding numerous IT certificates.

Elder Adrian Patterson of Peoria, IL is the youngest son of Bishop Embra R. & Lady Leatrice J. Patterson, Jr.  As a fourth-generation son of the Church Of God In Christ, Elder Patterson has served in numerous capacities including Local Youth President, Local Finance Chairman, District Finance Team member, State Choir Director, State Public Relations Committee member, and Central IL Regional Youth President.

While serving as the Regional Youth President in Southern Illinois Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Elder Patterson founded the Annual Music & Youth Conference; the Y.E.S. Workshop (Youth Equipped for Success), and the W.H.A.T.’s Up Forum (What’s Happenin’ Among Teens).

As local youth president, Elder Patterson implemented the Wednesday Night Youth Night where a weekly blitz of youth ministry occurs including Youth Video Ministries, Young Women of Excellence, Children’s Ministries, and Young Men of Integrity.

In 2012, Elder Patterson was appointed Assistant Pastor of Kingdom Temple COGIC by its Founder and Senior Pastor, Bishop Embra R. Patterson, Jr.  In 2012, he was appointed Recording Secretary of the General Council of Pastors & Elders by Chairman Michael Eaddy and Secretary Prince E. W. Bryant, II.  In 2014, he was appointed Jurisdictional Secretary of Southern Illinois Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction by Bishop Embra R. Patterson, Jr.  In 2017, with the approval of Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake, Sr., he was appointed Special Assistant to the Adjutant General by the newly installed Adjutant General, Bishop Robert G. Rudolph, Jr.

He is married to Alicia Marie Patterson of Kansas City, Missouri.
