Onsite Registration

Registered Delegates may pick-up there registrations as early as Monday.

The registration booths will be located in the Indianapolis Convention Center on the main level.  With your printed registration email confirmation and photo ID in hand, you will pick up your convention materials.  All of your registration materials will included in your packet, name badge, t-shirt, pre-purchased event tickets, Convention Guides, etc.  Please follow the signs based on the last name of the registration to ensure you are in the correct line. Only those pre-registered delegates should be in the line.  There will be a separate line for those that need to register on-site.

Confirmation

A confirmation will be sent via email after your information is received. The confirmation will include a copy of all the entered data from your registration. Check your confirmation to verify its accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation email upon completion of your registration, please contact us by email: [email protected].

Registration Policy

An adult registration fee and hotel deposit of $150.00 is required for each room requested. All conference registration and hotel deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You must complete the full registration form to ensure that your registration is accurately processed.

Hotel Deposit

Hotel deposits will not be added automatically, please select the Hotel Deposit Option before completing registration.  Also your $150.00 deposit will be charged along with your convention registration.  Remember, if you do not pay the hotel deposit your room request will not be honored.

Additional Hotel Confirmation Information

  • Two (2) registered persons (one must be for an adult) ARE REQUIRED to request a double bed room.
  • AN ADULT REGISTRATION FEE(S) AND HOTEL DEPOSIT OF $150 ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH ROOM REQUESTED.
  • All conference registration and housing deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.
  • All hotels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. AIM does not guarantee your preference of hotel. You will be automatically placed at one of the Conventions “alternate” hotels if your hotel preference is unavailable.
  • Bed types ARE NOT guaranteed.
  • If you request a Roll away Bed, you will be automatically charged by the individual hotel per their rate for Roll away Beds.
  • Please DO NOT contact the hotel until you have received confirmation directly from your assigned hotel.
