Dr. Marica Tipton earned a Doctorate in Education Leadership and Policy Analysis with a minor in Counseling Psychology & a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.\u00a0 She earned a Bachelor in Arts Degree from Marquette University triple majoring in Psychology, Broad Field Social Science & Secondary Education.\u00a0 Dr. Marica Tipton has been providing psychotherapy and collegiate teaching for the past 28 years working with clients and students throughout the Milwaukee County Metropolitan Area. She is a collegiate Psychology Professor at MATC for the past 20 years.\u00a0 She is the owner and Executive Director of Eulopia Family Services, Inc.\u00a0 Eulopia Family Services, Inc. is recognized nationally as a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Wisconsin, Iowa, and Central Illinois Minority Supplier Development Council. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Eulopia and provides direct services.<\/p>\n
Eulopia is a social services agency that provides a multiplicity of services that include, but are not limited to, an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, Psychological Consultation Services, Pre-College Education Academy (i.e. ACT Preparation Course and Pre- College Writing Portfolio Conference), Educational Professional Development Trainings, Bridges of Healing Bereavement Group, and supportive services. \u00a0Eulopia contracts with Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (i.e. Eau Claire and Milwaukee), MATC Pre-College Division, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, Private Industry Council, Milwaukee Public School District, Wisconsin Children\u2019s Hospital, Wisconsin Integrated Provider Network, Pius XI High School, the National Education Services, Inc (NESI), and Catapult Learning, Milwaukee Sherriff Office, & Comprehensive Community Services, Inc. Since 1997 Dr. Tipton has worked with Project UJIMA, a collaborative Violence Program consisting of a consortium of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, The Medical College of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Public Health Department, & Family Services, Inc.<\/p>\n
In addition, she has national article publications in journals such as the Journal of College Student Development American Psychological Association Newsletter, Washington D.C. National Office of Vocational and Adult Education, Amazon and ProQuest.\u00a0 Dr. Tipton completed licensure requirements for a Wisconsin Principal K-12 grades. \u00a0As an Institution of Higher Education Representative, she trains and assists with the licensing Development for Administrators, Teachers, and Pupil Service Workers throughout the state of Wisconsin.\u00a0 She is the proud wife of Pastor Dr. Steven Tipton and the bless mother of their son Steven Tipton II.[\/vc_column_text]
