Ryan Alexander Allen is a dynamic faith and business leader from Pinehurst, North Carolina, now based in Washington, D.C. A seasoned Technical Business Analyst, he has built a strong record of designing and deploying digital products across SaaS and payment platforms, combining technical insight with strategic vision to drive growth and innovation.<\/p>\n

As Campus Pastor for Technology at the Temple of Healing Waters in Dulles, Virginia, Ryan carries a vision to empower lives through faith, leadership, and service. An ordained elder in the Church of God in Christ, Ryan\u2019s impact spans from local to international platforms. He presently serves as Vice Chair of Administration, Strategic Partnerships, and Special Initiatives for the Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) Convention, one of the denomination\u2019s largest gatherings. He has also served in various national capacities, including Adjutant Overseer in the Office of the Adjutant General, Chief of Staff for the International Youth Department, and Special Assistant in the Office of the General Secretary. He is currently a member of the 10-Year Strategic Planning and Manual Review Committees for the General Assembly. Honoring a heritage of faith, Ryan\u2019s calling reflects a multi-generational legacy of service.<\/p>\n

Ryan studied at the University of Maryland University College and completed an internship in the Information Systems division of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, further solidifying his foundation in leadership, analysis, and technical advancement.Driven by a passion for merging faith with innovation, Ryan continues to leverage his professional expertise and spiritual gifts to help others realize their aspirations and fulfill their God-given potential.
