Pastor Sam Moore is a visionary leader, certified life coach, and seminary-trained pastor who has faithfully served as the Senior Pastor of Conquerors Church in Clinton Township, Michigan for over 25 years. With a mandate to build people and transform communities, Pastor Moore has led Conquerors Church into exponential growth—spiritually, numerically, and operationally—becoming a trusted voice in church revitalization and expansion.

He is a National Church Growth Specialist, equipping pastors and leaders across the country with sustainable systems for impact. As the developer of GoTeamGo, a dynamic model for team training and organizational development, and Forward Leaders Network, a monthly platform designed to keep leaders inspired and innovating, Pastor Moore is known for empowering churches and ministries to thrive in today’s changing landscape.

His passion for education and community transformation led him to establish Little Conquerors Educational Center, serving children from infancy through age 12. He is now launching Conquerors Preparatory Academy, a STEM-focused private K–3 school, and he also founded Champion Community Economic Corporation, which oversees economic and outreach initiatives throughout Macomb County.

With the recent acquisition of a 32,000 square-foot facility on 4 acres, Pastor Moore is expanding the reach of his ministry to meet spiritual, educational, and economic needs more effectively.

In addition to preaching and pastoring, he is a sought-after coach, strategist, and mentor to leaders nationwide. His messages are marked by clarity, conviction, and prophetic insight, rooted in truth and powered by vision.

Above all, he is a family man, married for over 30 years to his wife, Lady Lashawn Moore, and the proud father of three sons: Sam II, Sean, and Stedman.
