Dr. Lupita Roy Rasheed

Dr. Lupita Roy Rasheed is the founder and principal of NPRo, formerly known as Effective Organization Management Consultants (EOMC). This mission-driven fi rm equips nonprofi ts, faith-based organizations, and public institutions to achieve measurable growth through strategic development and funding acquisition. Under her leadership, NPRO currently manages a pipeline of 15 active clients, including the Arkansas COGIC United, providing grant management, program design, and sustainability planning services.

Dr. Rasheed also serves as the Director of Community Engagement for the Third Jurisdiction of Arkansas under the leadership of Bishop Michael Jones, Jurisdictional Prelate, where she fosters partnerships that strengthen community-based ministries and outreach initiatives across the state.

Over the past few years, Dr. Rasheed has helped organizations secure more than $7.5 million in local, state, and federal funding to expand their community impact, create jobs, and strengthen long-term capacity. Her portfolio includes partnerships with local governments, universities, and community development corporations to design scalable initiatives in workforce training, behavioral health, housing, and youth empowerment.
