Pastor Kale L. Mann is the founder and president of Soar Into Your Destiny (SIYD). Kale earned his bachelors degree in Business Management and Computer Programming from Buffalo State College. Elder Mann, is the youngest African-American board member for Lakeshore savings bank in New York. With over a decade of experience in business management, brand management, and people development, including diversity training, Kale has established himself as an ambassador for effective living through established principles. Kale is a proud husband, father, and ordained minister. His call to help people from every walk of life is what drives him from day to day.

Pastor Kale Mann
International Youth Department President
Elder Mann is a fourth generation preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Ordained and mentored under the Late Bishop Frank O. White. Although he was raised in a very spiritual household, he was not exonerated from life’s temptations. Negative encounters with the law and poor decision-making resulted in a criminal record and a child at a young age. Elder Mann had the choice to either allow his mistakes to overtake him or be accountable for his actions. He chose to strive to provide a better future for himself.
Elder Mann believes “It was my support system and sought after resources that encouraged me to keep fighting through adversity.”
In today’s society people everywhere are struggling in various areas of their lives. Elder Mann believes this is from a lack of support and resources. SIYD will give people a fighting chance to overcome the challenges of life and empower them to achieve their goals by developing a support system and resources that will help them become self-sufficient.
Elder Mann “I truly believe to whom much is given much is required. I am a product of a second chance that I did nothing to deserve. I will take what I have learned and pour into others and empower them. It is my philosophy that in order for me to reach my destiny, I must help others fulfill their dreams.”
