Bishop Willis is the Pastor of Prayer of Faith Temple \u2013 Zion City West in Lynchburg and The Garden of Prayer Temple \u2013 Zion City East in Norfolk. Bishop Willis continues the Ministry of his Grandfather The Late Bishop Levi E Willis Sr and Father Bishop Levi E Willis II as he was consecrated Jurisdictional Prelate of the Virginia Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.<\/p>\n Bishop Willis has proven to be an innovative and strategic visionary, expanding the spiritual and physical footprint of the ministries he leads and the lives of those he covers.
