Supervisor Dr. T. Marie Brown
Dr. T. Marie Brown, affectionately known as “Mother T. Marie,” was born into a family of six children, received salvation at the early age of 14, and began her ministry at 16. From that time until the present, many souls have been saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. After living an exemplary life in the presence of her family, her mother and two of her brothers were saved and filled with the Holy Ghost under her ministry. Dr. T. Marie Brown was educated in the St. Louis Public Schools, Hickey Business School, and Forest Park Community College. As a result of many years of studying and untiring labor, she was honored with a Doctor of Divinity Degree in August 2008. She also worked for several years at Wayman Elementary Public School in the Special School District of St. Louis County until being called by God into full-time ministry. She has been featured in various TV and radio interviews on religious subjects, including her ministry and the impact of evangelism.
Dr. T. Marie Brown was selected by the Presiding Bishop Emeritus Charles E. Blake to speak at the 103rd Holy Convocation during Morning Manna in 2011 in St. Louis. In 2014, Dr. Brown spoke in the stead of the Presiding Bishop Emeritus on Official Day during the 2014 Jamaica Mega Conference in Kingston, Jamaica. Subsequently, Dr. T. Marie Brown was appointed Jurisdictional Elect-Lady Department of Evangelism, and District Missionary of the Robert C. Williams District of Eastern Missouri First Jurisdiction by the late Bishop R.J. Ward. Additionally, Supervisor Dr. T. Marie Brown was appointed by the Church of God in Christ Department of Women to serve as Jurisdictional Supervisor by the Honorable Founder General Board Member, Bishop Elijah H. Hankerson, III, of the Missouri Midwest Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. Not to mention, Supervisor Dr. Brown was appointed by the General Supervisor Mother Barbara McCoo-Lewis, Church of God in Christ, as the National President of the Hulda Unit, Special Assistant to the General Supervisor of the Church of God in Christ. Supervisor Dr. T. Marie Brown is a member of the International Department of Women’s Policies & Procedures Committee, and she assisted in the revision of The Women’s Handbook of the Church of God in Christ, serving as Chaplain of Policies & Procedures. Currently, she is a member of the Moriah City of Miracles COGIC, serving as Pastor Administrative Assistant to Thomas Rodgers.
