Bishop Marquaello A. Futrell, Sr.
Bishop Marquaello A. Futrell, Sr., Ed.D., serves as the senior pastor of All Creation N. H. Family COGIC, in Ferguson, MO. He is the founder and president of Destined to Win Ministries (D2W-501c3). Destined 2 Win Ministries organize annual conferences, scholarships, community day giveaways, and donating to the mission work. He is the founder and owner of Salon and Suites at the Hills, LLC. Bishop Futrell served nine years on St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department as a Field Training Police Officer. Before resigning as police officer to pastor full-time he was on the promotion cluster track to become a Sergeant (Field Supervisor).
Bishop Futrell earned a Doctor of Education degree from Maryville University with emphasis in Higher Education Leadership. He is an alumnus of Washington University- St. Louis (School of Law) with a master’s degree in legal studies and a graduate certificate in conflict resolution. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Webster University with emphasis in American Studies after transferring from Oral Roberts University.
Bishop Futrell is married to Lady Kanesha M. Futrell. They have a blended family of five children Rory, Christopher, Rodrick, Josiah, and Marquaello, II. He has three grandsons: twins- Kash and Krew; Quentin and a granddaughter Kyla. He was unanimously selected by the Presiding Bishop and General Board as Jurisdictional Bishop of Missouri Eastern First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction in March 2023. He was later ratified by the General Assembly in April 2023. He was voted as class president of the 2023 Episcopal Class. He was consecrated during the 2023 November International Holy Convocation. He was appointed to the Grievance Committee of the Board of Bishops as well as the Health and Wellness Committee. He is a professor and was named the Program Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Department at St. Charles Community College.
