  Bishop Dillard earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a Master of Divinity Degree from Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Ministry Leadership and currently completing his Doctor of Ministry Degree. He also studied at Christian Brothers University pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management. Bishop Dillard has also been recipient of numerous awards, resolutions and proclamations, and citations for his ministerial, social, academic, and community involvement and achievements.<\/p>\n

  He is happily married to Stephanie Marie Dillard and they are the proud parents of three amazing children-Faith Marie,
