
BISHOP DARRELL L. HINES
Bishop Darrell L. Hines is a man of vision, purpose and prayer. His primary mission is to fulfill the call of God on his life, which is to proclaim the uncompromising Word of God. He is equally a faithful husband to Pamela, loving father to his two adult sons, Darrell II and Brandon, and proud grandfather of five.
In 1981 Darrell died after being struck by lightening while working for Republic Airlines in Milwaukee, WI. When he was revived 45 minutes later physicians concluded he would live life in a vegetated state. But God had another plan. After overcoming amnesia, Bishop Hines made a commitment to God, to “…Take care of God’s business, Which is to tell a dying world about a living Christ.
Bishop Hines and his wife Pamela are the founders and pastors of Christian Faith Fellowship Church of God in Christ (CFFC), one of the largest African American churches within the state of Wisconsin. Over 30 years ago, CFFC was founded with a four-point plan called CORE: Community, Outreach, Resource and Education; and a purpose to proclaim the Word of God, uplift the family and provide ministry to the total man.
CFFC is comprised of over 130,000 square feet, across two campuses. This includes the Destiny Plaza, which houses Destiny High School, The Good Hope Clinic and a community outreach center. CFFC is also home to Darrell Lynn Hines Academy a grade school educating children grades K4-8.
Darrell Hines Ministries is the global evangelistic ministry that has been instrumental in affecting people of various ethnic, social and economic affiliations. His evangelistic journey encompasses travel throughout the U.S., and around the world. Bishop Hines is the Jurisdictional Bishop of the Illinois Midwest Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (COGIC) while serving as member of the General Board of the COGIC,
Bishop Hines maintains a commitment of reverence, obedience, and submission to Jesus Christ by ministering the word of God to the church, and the unchurched.
