PASTOR KENNETH WILLIAMS

I was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 5th.  

I accepted the Lord as my Savior at Kossuth Temple C.O.G.I.C. and was filled with the Holy Ghost on September 5, 1982.  The Lord called me into the ministry in 1988 and I was ordained as an Elder in May 1996. The Lord called me to Pastor in 2016. The Lord has blessed me to serve the body of Christ in the Eastern MO First Jurisdiction (EMFJ) as the Gus Martin District Youth President, Jurisdictional Grievance Committee Chairman and Sargent-at-arms of the EMFJ General Assembly under the late Bishop R. J. Ward.

I currently serve my church as an Executive Board Member of the Men Perfecting Men Conference and Member of the Rules Committee.  I served as Assistant Director to the International Children’s Church and as a National Adjutant. Currently I serve the MO Gateway Ecclesiastical Jurisdictional under the leadership of Bishop Melvin J. Smith, Vice Chairman of the General Assembly as an Administrative Assistant and Chief of Staff.

I served my country for over 23 years in the Army, retiring in 2008.  In order to better my community, I was elected on the Board of Trustees of Uplands Park, MO, which I served 15 years as a Trustee and now as the Mayor.  I am currently employed by Spectrum Communications as a Regional Construction Coordinator.  I have been there over 32 years which allowed me to manage budgets over 7 million dollars for construction builds within the Missouri and Illinois area.  I am an elected Director for the Gateway Chapter of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) that provide technical leadership for initiatives and standards aimed at improving the quality of work and advancing technologies as well as sustaining and diversifying in the industry.

I am the Founder and Pastor of Rest Outreach Ministry C.O.G.I.C. located in Hillsdale, MO.  I have been married for 32 years to Missionary Johnetta Williams.  I am the proud father of 3 3 children and 13 grand-children.
