
MISSIONARY JENNIFER ROSE PATTERSON HILL
Missionary Jennifer Rose Patterson Hill, hailing from Memphis, TN, is a committed woman of faith. Growing up under the guidance of her parents Bishop J. O. Patterson, Jr., and Missionary Rose Kelly Patterson, she imbibed strong religious principles from a young age. Her unwavering dedication to God, her church, and her community motivates her to share her faith with everyone she meets. Currently serving as the Executive Secretary for the Chairman of the General Assembly. She is deeply involved at Pentecostal Temple C.O.G.I.C. as an office assistant and a devoted member. Within her church, she fulfills various roles, including Evangelist Missionary, Media Team Director, and member of the choir. Additionally, she is the Jurisdictional Secretary for Tennessee Sixth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.
Her most fulfilling achievement came in 2021 when she was elected to the National Board of Trustees, marking her as the first female descendant of the founder to hold a position as a National Elected Officer. Since her election, she has served as the Assistant Secretary and contributed to the Property and Insurance Committees. In 2013, she earned her Evangelist Missionaries license. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.
Missionary Patterson Hill’s dedication to service is deeply rooted in her family legacy, as she proudly traces her heritage back to the Church Of God In Christ’s founder, her great-grandfather, the first elected Presiding Bishop, her grandfather, and her father, the former Chairman of the General Assembly. Additionally, she is the sister of the current National Treasurer, Bishop Charles H. Mason Patterson, Sr., who is also her pastor and Bishop.
Living by the words of Jeremiah 29:11, she finds strength in the belief that her life is guided by God’s plans by God for her well-being and a hopeful future.
