
BISHOP DANIEL LITTLETON
Bishop Daniel Littleton is a humble man committed to the great commission of Jesus Christ. He is passionate about winning souls for the Kingdom and dedicated to sharing God’s love with all mankind.
Bishop Littleton was appointed Prelate of the Mississippi Southern First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church Of God In Christ in 2017. Five years later he was appointed Regional Bishop of South Two, serving 16 Jurisdictions in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. He is also Pastor of Greater Deliverance COGIC, a progressive ministry serving communities in two locations, Forest and Byram, Mississippi; as well as Senior Pastor of the historic Liberal Trinity COGIC in Jackson, Mississippi. A visionary leader, faith builder, and spiritual motivator, he has labored in the Gospel for nearly 30 years. During this time, he has pastored five congregations, rebuilt two churches, as well as renovated and expanded the Jurisdiction’s headquarters.
Bishop Littleton is a humanitarian and has established outreach programs to provide hunger and disaster relief during times of crisis. He supports COGIC Charities, Mississippi Food Network, the World Vision Chosen Project, and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Bishop Littleton is a graduate of Lanier High School and Philips College. He also attended Jackson State University, where he studied Business Administration. He earned numerous certificates in Information Technology Management and served 29 years in the Information Technology department of the Jackson Public School District. In 2010, he retired as an E-RATE Administrator and devoted his life full-time to ministry.
Bishop Littleton is married to Wanda Littleton. They have two daughters and six grandchildren. Third-generation Church Of God In Christ, he is saved, sanctified, Holy Ghost-filled, and anointed by God. He has served the Church of God In Christ faithfully on the local, district, jurisdictional, and national levels.
