Responsible for the implementation of Georgia’s Clean Air Act; worked with the state in strategic communications planning and policy development of the Voluntary Ozone Action Program (Clean Air Act). Designed and implemented a successful Voluntary Ozone Action Program in the state of Georgia (now the Georgia Clean Air Act). Successfully managed a budget of 15 million dollars. Implemented state strategy for the 4-day workweek, transit subsidies and carpool expansions.
