  • Father, grandfather and great-grandfather
  • Married to Missionary Reva Coby, a Certified Case Manager for a Community Action program in Oklahoma City, the First Lady of the Oklahoma Southeast Jurisdiction and the founder of the Women in Crisis Ministry (R. G. Coby Foundation).

  • Pastor of Victory Temple Church of God in Christ, World Ministry Center, Inc., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
  • Jurisdictional Bishop for the Oklahoma Southeast Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction

  • Graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in 1964.
  • B.S. in Education (1968) and the Master of Education (1970) from the University of Central Oklahoma in Special Education (Mental Retardation and Learning Disabilities).
  • Ph.D. degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma (Emotional Disturbance major) in 1976.
