As a result of current COVID-19 protocols and restrictions, attendees to the Church of God in Christ 113th Holy Convocation are required to register for entrance and attendance to the November 2021 convention. There will be no exceptions.
The 113th Holy Convocation will be a hybrid event with the first 3 days of the convention (Monday, November 8th through Wednesday November 10th) presented virtually.
On these first 3 days, attendees will not be permitted into any venue, with the exception of the Presidium, program participants and convention staff.
Beginning Thursday, November 11th through Sunday, November 14th, all registered attendees will be permitted to attend in-person, according to level of registration Platinum, Gold or Silver.

Question: What is a Hybrid Event?
Quite simply a hybrid event is a mix of a live and virtual event. The 113th Holy Convocation will be a hybrid event with the first 3 days of the convention (Monday, November 8th through Wednesday, November 10th) presented virtually (on-line only). Beginning Thursday, November 11th through Sunday, November 14th, only registered attendees will be permitted to attend in-person, according to the level of registration in the three aforementioned venues.
Question: Can I attend the virtual services (Monday – Wednesday) if I plan to be in Memphis anyway?
No, delegates will not be permitted into the venue, with the exception of the Presidium, program participants, and convention staff.
Question: Can I attend any service in-person if I did not register?
Only registered delegates will be permitted to attend in-person during this year’s 113th Holy Convocation.
Question: When should I arrive in Memphis for in-person services?
Your arrival date into Memphis is a personal choice however, you will not be able to access Convocation sites prior to the published in-person service dates.
Question: Will the Convocation be safe? Are we following CDC guidelines?
As excited as we are for the upcoming 113th Holy Convocation, your safety is our top priority. As a result of current COVID-19 protocols and restrictions, attendees are being strongly encouraged to be vaccinated. In addition to vaccinations we are fully adhering to the CDC guidelines, including the use of masks, daily health screenings, personal health attestations, social distancing a minimum of 6 feet while inside all Convocation venues, and the number of attendees to the 2021 Holy Convocation will be significantly limited. Please refer to the Assumption of Risk and Gathering Guidelines provided during registration.
On top of the above mentioned safety precautions, we will also be adhering to any and all guidelines that the State of Tennessee, City of Memphis, and Shelby County sets forward along with the Renasant Convention Center. If any of those guidelines change, we will communicate said changes to all attendees as soon as we possibly can.

Question: Am I required to register?
Yes, Registration is required to worship in person. Please register online at this link: 113th HOLY CONVOCATION REGISTRATION
Question: What are the registration levels?
There are three levels of registration. Please note that the level of registration corresponds to the Convocation Venue you will be attending.
- Platinum Registration: The Renasant Convention Center & Cannon Center for the Performing Arts
- Gold Registration: Historic Mason Temple
- Silver Registration: TBD
Question: What if I bring my children, will they be allowed on-site?
The 113th Holy Convocation is open to all delegates including children. With COVID capacity restrictions, each person is required to register. There is a special registration level for children. Each child will need to be registered.
Question: Are my children required to register for the Convocation?
Yes, during the registration process please select jr. delegate. The Jr. delegate badge will allow your children to have a seat at your selected venue.
Question: What age is considered a Jr. Delegate?
Jr. Delegates are 3 to 18 years of age.
Question: Why am I receiving two emails after I complete my registration?
The initial email confirms that your registration is being processed.
The second email confirms that your registration is complete and provides you with a downloadable copy of your invoice.
Question: Why is registration based on location?
With COVID capacity restrictions, several venue sites will be used. Registering by location allows us to ensure we are adhering to the venue’s capacity requirement.
Question: When can I pick up my registration package?
Registration for all delegates will begin on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, beginning at 12 Noon CST. Registration packets will be available at the Renasant Convention Center – Main level.
Question: Is there a Main or Headquarter hotel?
No, for 2021, we do not have a main or Headquarter hotel. You can book any hotel that is open.
Question: Do you have Conference hotels available?
Yes, Convocation hotels are available. You may book your preferred hotel during the registration process.
Question: Is there a phone number for housing?
No, we don’t have a phone number for housing. As in years past we still have email support only. [email protected]. Your email will be answered within 48 hrs. Monday thru Friday. Holidays and weekends are exceptions.
Question: Am I required to register to book a Conference Hotel?
Yes, you are required to register to receive a conference hotel.
Question: Is there a minimum night requirement?
Yes, we do have a 5 night minimum stay for all downtown and main block hotels.
Question: Will I need a credit card for incidentals when I arrive at the hotel?
Yes, you will need a credit card for incidentals. The per day cost is assessed by the property and can range from $50 to $100 per day. If you don’t make any charges it will be put back on your credit card.
