Blake.  It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Bishop Frank Otha White, former National Financial Secretary, current Prelate of the New York Eastern Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and General Board Member Emeritus, Church Of God In Christ, Inc.<\/strong><\/em>  The White Family and the jurisdiction are in need of our fervent prayers.\n<\/p>\n
