$\"\"$ <\/a>This notice of Episcopal Transition is as per the directive of our Presiding Bishop & Chief Apostle, Bishop Charles Edward Blake, Sr.<\/p>\n

God, who is omnipotent and omniscient, has summoned His Server, Bishop James Marion Scott, Sr.<\/strong><\/em>, to eternal rest. Bishop Scott served the Lord’s church faithfully as Prelate of the Tennessee Eastern Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. We were informed of the passing of Lady Virginia Scott, the wife of Bishop Scott, on Sunday.<\/p>\n

During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic resulting in local and state restrictions on public gatherings to achieve social distancing, the Scott family will hold a private memorial service for this servant.<\/p>\n

During this time of uncertainty, we request the continued prayers as well as acts of emotional and spiritual support for the family.\u00a0 It is with great honor that the National Adjutancy will assist the Scott family during this most difficult time.<\/p>\n
