<\/a>This notice of Episcopal Transition is as per the directive of our Presiding Bishop & Chief Apostle, Bishop Charles Edward Blake, Sr.<\/p>\n

God, who is omnipotent and omniscient, has summoned His Servant, Bishop Willie James Campbell<\/strong><\/em>, to eternal rest. Upon his passing, Bishop Campbell faithfully served as Auxiliary Bishop under the leadership of Bishop Sedwick Daniels, Prelate of the Wisconsin First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and Interim 2nd Assistant Presiding Bishop. Bishop Willie James Campbell formerly served as President of the Department of Evangelism. His dynamic style of preaching made him a highly sought after evangelist both within the Church Of God In Christ and among other denominations.<\/p>\n

During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic resulting in local and state restrictions on public gatherings to achieve social distancing, the Campbell family will hold a private memorial service for this servant.<\/p>\n

During this time of uncertainty, we request the continued prayers as well as acts of emotional and spiritual support for the family.\u00a0 It is with great honor that the National Adjutancy will assist the Campbell family during this most difficult time.<\/p>\n
