\n\tThis correspondence comes to you at the request of the Adjutant General, Bishop Matthew Williams.  It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Bishop Harvey Tyler, Prelate of the India First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tBishop Tyler died on Friday, February 28, 2014.  He was the husband of the beloved Mother Clara Tyler and the father of Missionary Dinah Tyler.  Bishop Tyler was also a Resident Bishop of Southern California First Jurisdiction where the Bishop Joe L. Ealy is the Prelate. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAt the request of Bishop Tyler, there will be no funeral services.  Other information concerning his memorial is as follows:    \n<\/p>\n
