Rudolph, Jr., announces the glorious heavenly promotion and services for\u00a0Adjutant Sister Mother Ethel Mae Garrett<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0who served as Adjutant Sister during the Bishop H. J. Bell, Bishop Barnett K. Thoroughgood and Bishop Matthew Williams’ tenure.<\/p>\n
