My husband and I moved to Wilmington during the time when Minister Anderson and his wife and sons moved here and took the pastorship at Faith Temple COGIC.

I taught their youngest son, Kenneth in my art classes and always felt warmly of his family.  They as parents were always so cooperative and supportive of their son.

I know that the family knew the power of God and His wisdom so my prayers go out to them as I just learned of the minister's passing this week.  I know of them as a strong family who held their spiritual beliefs true to life.

What stands out to me was his kind and generous spirit. It says something today when you are elevated to high office and you remain kind at all times. He was a pioneer in the state od NC and cogic as well. He will be missed among our ranks as he was welcomed into the ranks of the faithful. My prayers are with this family and our jurisdiction. We have surely suffered great loss in the last few months.

I loved him dearly during the short time I knew him. I could sit at his feet and listen to his wisdom and knowledge any day.I believe he had a PURE HEART and LOVE for God and his people.
