Special Note to Platinum Delegates:Platinum delegates registered at the Renaissance Hotel may pick-up their bags at check-in. All others will pick-up their bags at The Americas Center. In past years we were able to deliver all Platinum Delegates’ bags to their hotels, unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide this service to all hotels this year. To help expedite the registration process & convention bag pick-up additional lines at The Americas Center will be available for our distinguished Platinum delegates. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience this may cause.
