Prayer is a primary focal point for the 107th Holy Convocation. This is true for the time leading up to the convocation, all through-out the convocation and the expectation is that prayer is given a renewed focus in every saint’s life going forward.
Below you will find out more details regarding the three main prayer initiatives for the 107th Holy Convocation:
11/11/40 – 11 Petitions, 11 Minutes, 40 Days
As the Church of God in Christ approaches Holy Convocation, the need to intercede and seek the Will of God for Revival, Renewal, Breakthrough and Excellence in Ministry during the Holy Convocation is Vital, Central and Urgent. From October 3rd through November 11th we are asking the saints to join with us in this time of consecration and spend 11 minutes a day, lifting up these 11 petitions for this 40 day period.
C.H. Mason Upper Room Prayer Chamber – Onsite & Online
The Church of God in Christ (COGIC) is launching The C.H. Mason Upper Room Prayer Chamber. During Holy Convocation there will be an onsite Prayer Chamber – and we invite you to join us in prayer if you are in St. Louis during the convocation. The Online Prayer Chamber is an opportunity for the members of our church (prayer warriors) around the world to entreat God for petitions listed in the Online Prayer Chamber.
The online Prayer Chamber allows the prayer warriors around the globe to select a specific prayer time, listing their names and locations. The goal is to have saints praying 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
