Job Description: AIM Summer Assistant(s) (Intern)

The Ministries & Special Initiatives Commission of the Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) Convention COGIC is actively recruiting college students for the 2019 AIM Convention Internship Program. Job Summary:
This position is for an intern assisting any of the Commissions during the 2019 Auxiliaries In Ministry Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. The applicant should be a young adult, 18 or older and active in their local church. The intern(s) will assist the Director of the various commissions along with the senior staff members in the day-to-day activities and clerical tasks. In addition, they may be assigned specific project roles to be completed during the convention. The candidate will assist in updating software of all AIM Convention activity location changes, provide logistic and clerical support to their Commission, assist in providing superb customer service support to the constituents of the convention, and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Proficient and knowledgeable of MS Office. Must be able to work flexible hours. This position requires professional written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
